Owner/President of Cardinal Finance & Administrator of Charlotte Angel Fund
Greg Brown is the Administrator of Charlotte Angel Fund, Charlotte's largest and most active angel investment group. The group consists of over 70 members and $3.5 million in committed capital. To date they have invested $2.5 million in 16 portfolio companies, 14 of which are headquartered in North Carolina. Four of their 16 portfolio companies have women as CEOs, and six of the 16 have women who are co-founders.<br />
CoFounder, Director at DealCloud
Rob Cummings is an experienced entrepreneur and investor. He is currently an Operating Partner and CTO at Falfurrias Capital, a middle-market Private Equity Firm based in Charlotte. During his tenure at Falfurrias, Rob co-founded DealCloud, a software-as-a-service platform for firms engaged in mergers & acquisitions. Rob serves on the Board of Directors and has been through several rounds of funding for the company totaling approximately $10m. Finally, Rob is a member of Charlotte Angel Fund which invests in Series Seed deals primarily for companies in the Southeast.

Kelly Brooks is the CEO of Share Good, a start-up social enterprise, which is focused on building stronger communities through their proprietary software. Kelly is the Founder of Share Good’s first partner, SHARE Charlotte, a one-stop shop for 400+ CLT nonprofits. A native of Horseheads, NY, Kelly is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany with a B.A. in Economics. She and her husband, Paul, live in the SouthPark neighborhood of Charlotte with their two children, Olivia and Kasey.
Cofounder & CEO at 2ULaundry
Alex Smereczniak is the co-founder and CEO of Charlotte-based startup, 2ULaundry, which Alex launched with co-founder, Dan D'Aquisto in January of 2016. Alex is formerly from Red Wing, Minnesota and graduated with a finance degree and entrepreneurship minor from Wake Forest University. Prior to joining EY as a Financial Services Consultant, Alex started and sold two other businesses, Wake Wash and Wake Watch, for total exit prices over $200,000.
