Founder & CEO at Rabbu
Emir Dukic is the founder and CEO of Rabbu, an operations and technology company in the short-term rental industry (think Airbnb). Prior to starting Rabbu, he was the VP of Operations at KYCK which was acquired by NBC Sports in 2016. Emir graduated with an engineering degree from UNCC. He is originally from Bosnia and lived in Germany for 6 years before moving to the States 20 years ago.<br />

Dr. Shanté P. Williams is an inventor, intellectual property strategist, innovation enthusiast, and serial entrepreneur. She is the Founder of RW Capital Partners, an investment firm specializing in commercial real estate and technology development. </p><br /><p>Dr. Williams also serves the Charlotte Community as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Charlotte Mecklenburg Black Chamber of Commerce and Heal Charlotte. She is also a Board Member for the Three Sisters Market where she serves as the Treasurer and she is also a member of the Charlotte Business Advisory Committee.

Dan is the Founder/Managing Director of QueenCity Fintech, a 12-week accelerator program designed to mature financial technology startups through intense mentorship from leading banking executives, business development professionals, and venture capitalists and attorneys, among others in Charlotte's robust business community.</p><br /><p>Dan is also the Founder of Packard Place - a coworking space in Charlotte Uptown. The non profit mission of the Garage at Packard Place has allowed our entrepreneurial community to blossom and grow since 2010.
Leslie Vander Baan
Vice President of Integration for DRIVIN
Leslie Baan is the Vice President of Integration for DRIVIN, a data and technology company in the automotive vertical. Leslie was recruited by DRIVIN investors at the company’s inception in order to develop an inventory sourcing model that incorporated leading-edge technology, data science and personalized service across the country. Responsible for strategically designing and creating partnership opportunities that propelled the company from a startup to a well-funded, highly respected brand within both the used-car industry and tech community. Leslie has also led DRIVIN’s sales initiatives and guided the company through DRIVIN’s sale to KAR Auction Services, a Fortune 750 company in 2017.</p><br /><p>Prior to DRIVIN, Leslie designed the nation’s first virtual used car-buying service, CarBuyCo. She was also the first woman owner of a consignment-based automotive buying and selling service. A serial entrepreneur, Leslie has made it her mission to dive into challenging and exciting projects that pave the way for advancement in consumer solutions.
