Tim McLoughlin

Tim, a native of the triangle area, was a co-founder of Prime Time Hockey Southeast where he served as President for 7 years. In addition to his own business, Tim has served as an adviser to several early stage software companies. He has since been heavily involved in North Carolina’s entrepreneurial ecosystem as a Young Entrepreneur in Residence for NC IDEA and Idea Fund Partners in 2015. Tim holds a B.A. from Harvard University in Psychology and an M.B.A. from UNC Kenan-Flagler.

Joe Giordano

Senior Payments and Retail executive with ExxonMobil and Bank of America for more than 25 years, and a strategic payments consultant with Fortune 500 clients including Verizon. Recognized leadership in Mobile Payments. Chief architect of Speedpass, one of the earliest cloud based wallets which was successfully implemented with 6MM users in the U.S., Canada, and Tokyo. Currently the chief architect and co-founder of Payzer, a software technology company that provides simple, easy payment solutions for specialty trade contractors.

Meggie Williams

Founder & CEO of Waggle

Meggie is the Founder & CEO of The Waggle Company. The Waggle Company brings peace of mind to pet owners by offering fully customizable dog walking services through a tech-enabled platform. Waggle recently raised a $900,000 round and completed the TechStars accelerator.

Mac Lackey

Investor & Serial Entrepreneur

Mac Lackey is an entrepreneur who has built and sold five companies. Serving most recently as Founder/CEO of KYCK (acquired by NBC Sports), Mountain Khakis (acquired by Remington), InternetSoccer Network (acquired by News Corp SKY), and various other ventures. Currently Lackey is a co-founder and serves as Chairman of ISL Futbol and a Venture Partner of VentureSouth.vc, In addition to his role as an executive at SportsEngine (a division of NBC Sports).
